The Simple Crew is the field app roofing crews use to see the day's jobs, check in on site, capture before/during/after photos, and file walk-around reports.

It is a company-issued app. Crews don't sign themselves up — the office adds you in JobNimbus, and you sign in with your phone number.

Common questions

I can't sign in. Sign-in uses your phone number and a one-time code. If no code arrives, confirm your office has added your number in JobNimbus, then email us with the number you're using.
I don't see today's jobs. Jobs come from your company's JobNimbus account. If the day looks empty, check with your office first that the work order is assigned to you.
My photos say they haven't uploaded. Photos queue on the phone and upload when you have signal. They are not lost — reopen the app in coverage and the queue drains on its own.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: open Profile, then choose “Delete my account” and confirm.

This removes your sign-in and your access to your company's jobs, and it can't be undone. Work you already recorded — photos, check-ins and messages — stays with your company's job records, no longer under your name.

The Simple Crew es la aplicación de campo que usan las cuadrillas de techos para ver los trabajos del día, registrar su entrada, tomar fotos y completar el recorrido final.

Eliminar tu cuenta: abre Perfil y elige “Eliminar mi cuenta”. Esto elimina tu acceso y no se puede deshacer. El trabajo que ya registraste se queda en los registros de tu empresa, ya no a tu nombre.
